September will mark my third year as a Freelance Photojournalist. I started covering assignments for The Sun-Times Media Group back in September of 2012 and Shaw Media (Kane County Chronicle) in October of 2012. I am truly blessed to have the opportunity to cover Local News and Sports.

Along the way I have met some remarkable Photojournalists and Sports Writers.  I hope to continue to learn and grow as a Freelance Photojournalist.

I would also like to thank the following people who in one way or another have helped me on my journey as a Photojournalist.  Some by teaching me about photojournalism, others by simply showing me the ropes and giving me tips along the way.  I would not be here today without their help and guidance.

Thank You

George LeClaire, Steve Buyansky, Sandy Bressner, Geoff Scheerer, Terence Guider Shaw, Chuck Osgood, Scott Strazzante, Eric Seals, Grant Leighton, Jon Durr, Charles Rex Arbogast, Michael Zajakowski, Shawn Cullen, Rob Hart, Mary Beth Nolan, Rick Armstrong, Paul Johnson, Kevin Druley, Jay Schwab, Mike Knapp, Jon Conningham, Brad Penner, Laura Stoecker, Donnell Collins, Brian Powers and Peter Read Miller.

Here is to many more years of covering local News and Sports. (Fingers Crossed)
